We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Executive

The Business Development team is responsible for the growth, retention and increased order value of all prospects and clients.

Main Duties

Making introductory and follow up calls with cold prospects. This will need to be approached with enthusiasm and energy to educate and inspire potential clients to take action to work on using Digital Marketing as agroth tool for their business. These sales should be predominantly on the phone, accurate representation of case studies and the many free digital marketing audits we offer to clients and past results alongside strong listening skills and suggestion of relevant products/services that could help the prospect’s business succeed.

Working towards challenging targets and Setting ambitious sales goals every week for themselves. Alongside this, you will be responsible for relaying these targets on Monday every week to the Managing Director. These goals should be broken down into Daily, Weekly and Monthly and Quarterly. Targets will be set on an individual level.

Booking audits & demo’s with clients and Building clear and concise proposals after introductory calls for prospects to understand services in a visual format. These should always be sent and completed on the same day of calls with clients to ensure they have clarity on services/products offered.

As the first contact for the business and the person, handing over to the on boarding team you shall also be front of mind for our clients. This means that if there are complaints or any conflicts with clients signed by anyone in the sales team you shall also be responsible for following up and ensuring client projects are being managed effectively.
