More About EXPO Supplies

Expo Supplies approached us to re-design their existing website and to develop the site into a full online trade platform for trade customers.

The Website

We focused the design process around the user experience and created a clean, functional layout to showcase the products. We are soon to launch a “build day countdown” system for NEC contractors and a trade application system to allow trade customers to manage their accounts online.

Mobile Responsive Web Design

With mobile browsing now accounting for the majority of all website traffic, it is more important than ever to ensure the website user experience is well-considered across all devices. We designed the Expo Supplies website with a mobile-first approach and a responsive layout to make sure it works equally well across all devices.


The website is an online shop developed in WooCommerce. The site is packed with great features such as an advanced search facility, automated stock synchronisation with the stores’ inventory software and super simple product filtering.

Digital Marketing

In order to create an automated marketing plan, we collated Expo Supplies existing contacts and segmented them into specific lists using our CORE System. Segmenting these contacts has allowed us to run targeted email campaigns to prospects and visitors.

CORE is fully Integrated with the website, giving us specific performance reports on our marketing efforts and the collection of data through forms. A number of forms were implemented across the website, meaning we can add contacts is segmented lists automatically based on the interest of the website visitor. The Expo sales team are instantly notified of any form submissions and follow up tasks created to ensure the salesperson is fed lead data quickly and effectively, this forms part of our sales enablement strategy.

Our system also has a fully functional content calendar which allowed us to schedule automated social media posts. CORE is a powerful marketing automation and sales tool and will play a significant part in sales and marketing plans now and in the future.

We achieved growth of around 40% organic traffic using ongoing onsite and offsite SEO strategy, 60% growth in client conversion from email marketing and social media strategy and PR.
