More About LOCK N LEVEL

The LocknLevel has been designed and is manufactured for caravaners by caravaners.

We have almost forty years’ experience, pitching on hundreds of caravan sites in the U.K. and Europe.

We understood the need for a system that was light and portable, yet was quick and easy to use, and we couldn’t find one.

So we produced LocknLevel: the only system of its kind.

WordPress Website Design & Development

The website was built on WordPress with a custom theme designed to reflect LOCK N LEVEL’s professional yet approachable brand image.

The goal was to create an intuitive user experience that guides visitors smoothly through the site, from product discovery to checkout. The responsive design ensures that the website is accessible across all devices, from mobile phones to desktops.

Key features:

  • Clean, modern design: Aesthetically pleasing with a focus on showcasing the products and brand identity.
  • E-commerce functionality: WooCommerce was integrated to allow for product catalogues, a secure shopping cart, and checkout system.
  • Easy navigation: A structured menu system with product categories and an intuitive search bar.
  • Fast page load times: Optimised images and caching to ensure smooth browsing, leading to higher engagement.

WooCommerce Integration with WebToffee

For the e-commerce section, WooCommerce was chosen due to its scalability, flexibility, and ease of use. WebToffee plugins were integrated for advanced functionality, including:

  • Multiple Payment Gateways: Secure checkout options via PayPal, credit cards, and other methods.
  • Shipping Calculators: Real-time shipping rate calculation based on customer location.
  • Product Variants: Easily manage product options such as colour, size, and material.
  • Order Tracking: Customers could track their orders in real time, enhancing their experience.
  • Custom Checkout Tax Fields: Lock n Level wanted to display custom checkout fields in the order invoice, We integrated Web Toffee to allow for flexible invoice fields.

This integration allowed LOCK N LEVEL to streamline their online sales operations and provide a seamless shopping experience.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

A comprehensive ongoing SEO strategy is in place to improve the visibility of the LOCK N LEVEL website across search engines and drive organic traffic. Key elements of the SEO approach includes:

  • On-page SEO Optimisation:
    Title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt tags were optimised for target keywords. We ensured that product pages and key site content were search-engine friendly, with clear, concise, and relevant content.
  • Keyword Research & Strategy:
    In-depth keyword research was performed to identify high-value keywords, both short-tail and long-tail, that aligned with the brand’s product offerings and customer intent. Content was optimised based on these findings to increase organic search visibility for key terms.
  • Local SEO:

Social Media Marketing/Hubspot Data Capture

A strong social media design has been created for LOCK N LEVEL across multiple platforms. The goal was to increase brand consistency, engagement and drive traffic to the website:

  • Custom Graphic Design: Social media posts were created in alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
  • Scheduled Posts: Scheduling tools were used to schedule posts across Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistent visibility.
  • Content Calendar: A strategic posting calendar was developed to highlight product features, blogs and and caravanning tips.
  • Engagement: Helpful and engaging posts were crafted to encourage customer interaction, boosting organic reach.

HubSpot is integrated to capture and manage leads, track website visitor behaviour, and automate marketing efforts:

  • Lead Capture Forms: Customised forms were embedded on key pages to collect customer information such as emails, names, and phone numbers.
  • CRM Integration: Captured leads were automatically synced with HubSpot CRM for seamless lead tracking and management.
  • Automated Workflows: Email workflows were set up to nurture leads and send tailored follow-ups based on user actions on the website.
  • Reporting: HubSpot analytics provided detailed insights into website performance, user behaviour, and lead conversion rates.
