Creating a Super REBRAND…

Colmore Education came to us with a need to create a whole new brand, a new modern website, and provide ongoing website support.

Our designers worked closely with the client to establish the identity for their new branding. The brand itself needed to be fun and edgy. It needed to portray the company in a unique way and give them a unique identity.

The fully responsive website would fit into the style of the new branding, with an edgy, pop-art and on-trend feel. It also needed to convey the credibility and professionalism of the company.

To accommodate for the rebrand, we also designed some brand guidelines for the client, which covered logo usage, colour pallete and fonts, to help maintain brand harmony when applied to various mediums. 

Introducing Captain Colmore

We were also tasked with creating a new mascot to assist in conveying Colmore’s key message, that all teachers and educators are super heroes, just without the capes!

We achieved this by creating a new character to herald the new brand, inspired by protagonists often seen in comic books and the likes of Marvel and DC Comics, we designed Captain Colmore to accompany the brand!

More About Colmore Education Recruitment

Colmore Education is one of the leading Supply Teaching & Education Recruitment companies for all types of education providers in Birmingham.

They approached us, requiring a complete new re-brand, digital marketing services, and a complete facelift. Colmore wanted their new branding to reflect their core beliefs about Teachers, that they are the real superheroes!

The Website

For this website, we used WordPress, which allowed us to easily customise the content management system. This was important for this specific project as it allowed us to present the site and vacancies in a professional corporate way; being able to make adjustments, add vacancies, and automatically optimise enquiries.

Mobile Responsive Web Design

We ensured this website was mobile responsive, to account for the fact that mobile traffic is now responsible for over 50% of all website traffic. It was important to guarantee a website that focuses on aesthetics as well as functionality could deliver this across all devices.

Job Posting

We integrated Job Relay to create a seamless integration with Broadbean.

Digital Marketing

In order to create an automated marketing plan, we collated the clients existing contacts and segmented them into specific lists using our CORE System. Segmenting these contacts has allowed us to run targeted email campaigns for prospects and visitors.

CORE is fully Integrated with the website, giving us specific performance reports on our marketing efforts and the collection of data through forms. A number of forms were implemented across the website, meaning we can add contacts is segmented lists automatically based on the interest of the website visitor. The Colmore team are instantly notified of any form submissions and follow up tasks created to ensure the salesperson is fed lead data quickly and effectively, this forms part of our sales enablement strategy.

Our system also has a fully functional content calendar which allowed us to schedule automated social media posts. CORE is a powerful marketing automation and sales tool and will play a significant part in sales and marketing plans now and in the future.
